payment
methods of payment ; All payments should be sent via Ko-fi. The full commission price must be paid up front. If you need priority, please specify. There is an associated rush fee, which is noted within my commission prices.
rights
you have the rights ; I reserve the right to decline any commission, cancel, and refund the money paid at any given point during the process. I am allowed to post the work online (art produced by me my be private if stated in the request), attach it to my portfolio, and use it to promote myself so long as I give you proper credit as the owner of the character or project.
editing
amount of editing ; During the commission process, I will send a WIP (work in progress) at the sketch stage. You may ask for WIPs at any point in time, but please do not pester me about them as I work on your piece. You are allowed revisions during this stage (ex. pose elements, outfit details, background elements). Once the sketch is approved by you, I will then move on to clean-up or line art and color phase. After the sketch, I will only send WIPs if I need clarification or upon request. Minor additions and color changes can be requested during the color or line art phase.
extra
any other terms ; You are not allowed to use my art for AI training or NFTs. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms and are obliged to follow them. Once the sketch is started, there are no refunds, unless i feel the need to cancel the commission myself. Upon completion, I will provide you with a Google Drive containing a large PNG file, PSD file, and resized versions with and without a watermark for usage as social media profile images. You are advised not to publicly post the full sized image to protect the integrity of the artwork. Only post the resized version with the watermark!
